At Southwest Michigan Cycleboat, it is our mission to not only provide an incredibly entertaining and interactive experience for our crew members, but to also project a positive and respectful image to others that share our docks, waters, and enjoyment. In order to do so, we need everyone to do their part by participating in a safe and responsible manner while enjoying this one-of-a-kind experience on the water.

We know that 99% of our guests will partake in a safe and responsible manner, but we do feel it is necessary to point out actions that are not allowed on our cruises. The following is a list of unnecessary and inappropriate behaviors that can result in an early termination of your cruise:

• Extreme intoxication

• Public urination

• Littering

• Excessive noise/obscene or vulgar language

• Damaging the boat/equipment

• Failing to adhere to the crew’s safety instructions
